The Estates at Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis, Filings 1 & 2, is located approximately 9 miles north of the Town of Jackson.  The association consists of 52 lots  with fantastic views of the Grand Tetons, Sleeping Indian, and Rendezvous Peak.  The subdivision was originally established in 1964, thus providing a mature landscape to enjoy. 

The neighborhood is located adjacent to the Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club. Residents can apply for club membership.  The golf course and the North Grill Restaurant are open to the public. Our neighborhood location provides close proximity to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. It is a great area to enjoy all that Jackson Hole has to offer.
